McDonalds

Overview
Crafting a custom spiral staircase for McDonald’s was a thrilling challenge that put our precision metalwork to the test. Combining structural integrity, commercial durability, and sleek modern design, this project demanded millimeter-perfect accuracy—from initial CAD modeling to final on-site installation. The result? A striking yet hardworking centerpiece, built to withstand the demands of a high-traffic fast-food environment while elevating the store’s aesthetic.
Approach
Few fabricators tackle spiral staircases today, but our in-house expertise allowed full control over every stage—design, rolling, welding, and finishing. Each component, from the handrails to the balustrades, was engineered within 1mm tolerances to ensure seamless assembly. Prefabrication in our workshop minimized on-site disruption, while close collaboration with McDonald’s team guaranteed compliance with safety and design specs.
Outcome:
The staircase stands as a testament to our craftsmanship: visually bold, rigorously tested, and designed for relentless daily use. It’s a fusion of artistry and engineering—one we’re proud to see in action. Whether it’s heritage restoration or contemporary commercial projects, we thrive on complex builds.
